Shipping Policy

Please keep your order reference and the email used to place it: these, along with a tracking number when issued, help us answer shipment questions. Enter an accurate postal address, email and phone number at checkout to avoid delivery problems.

For eligible orders, processing generally occupies about 1–2 business days. The subsequent delivery/transit estimate is 3–5 business days from dispatch. The estimate is not a promise of a particular arrival day. Weather, holidays, service interruptions and carrier investigations can create delays.

The order checkout defines the destinations and services available, any delivery restrictions, and whether free shipping or a charge applies. Certain items and address types may not be supported. Tracking is provided when available, but carrier scans may appear later than the dispatch notice.

Tell us if tracking is stalled, a shipment seems lost, or a parcel marked delivered is not present after you check the delivery area. We will review the information and contact the carrier where appropriate. For a damaged delivery, keep the package and show the product, packing and label in photos or video. Describe the concern and supply the order, checkout email and tracking details.
