Payment Policy

Accurate billing details help the payment service assess your transaction. The service may authorize, review, reject or require verification before completing payment. We begin processing the order only after successful authorization.

For accepted payment methods, rely on the options presented at the order checkout. A choice that is not displayed should not be assumed available. Transactions that are incomplete, high risk or impossible to verify may be held or cancelled.

Do not send complete card details to support; these pages do not store full card numbers. Questions about declines, chargebacks, payment disputes, authorization holds or conversion rates are generally resolved by the card issuer or payment provider.

When a refund is authorized, the original method of payment is normally used for its return. Read the Refund Policy for the eligibility rules and processing schedule.
