Which product categories are represented?

Our store includes face, body and hair care, makeup, sets and related personal-care accessories. Read each listing for its current options and instructions.

How is free delivery eligibility decided?

Eligibility belongs to the specific checkout: available services and any shipping amount are displayed for that order and address.

How much time should I allow?

Allow about 1–2 business days for processing. Delivery/transit is estimated at 3–5 business days once dispatched, without a guaranteed arrival date.

What if I want another item or no longer want my choice?

A mailed return or exchange can be requested within 30 days following delivery. Both defective and non-defective goods are eligible, including a change of mind, preference or accidental selection. Non-defective merchandise must remain new and unused, in original condition with original packing, labels and included accessories.

Is a label provided, and is there a restocking fee?

The parcel contains a prepaid return label that is free. There is no restocking fee. Do not mail a return until authorized; replacement stock determines whether an exchange can be supplied.

How do you investigate faulty, damaged or incorrect goods?

Provide your order number, checkout email and reason, together with pictures or video of the item and packaging. The same evidence is needed for missing contents, and material mismatches with the listing can also be raised.

How soon is a refund sent after it is accepted?

We process the refund within 10 days after approval, using the payment method originally charged. Posting afterward can vary by institution.

Where can I check payment availability?

The actual checkout displays the enabled methods for the transaction. Processing still requires a successful authorization.

What information helps support answer?
